Membership Terms and Conditions

By donating to “Home of the Brave,” donors acknowledge and agree that all funds donated shall be used at the sole discretion of “Home of the Brave” and its governing board, and for its exclusive use and purpose only. Any funds donated are non-refundable. “Home of the Brave” reserves the right to allocate and utilize donated funds in any manner it deems necessary, without further consent or approval from the donors. Donors explicitly waive any rights or claims to dictate or influence the allocation or usage of their donated funds. Furthermore, donors understand and accept that their contribution does not grant them any additional rights, privileges, or access to the usage of said funds or team beyond those determined by “Home of the Brave.” By making a donation, donors agree to these terms and conditions.
